You may return any items from your order for full refund of original purchase price minus 15% restocking fee and not including shipping charges within 15 days of receipt.
You are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or there has been an error in processing your order.
You must include a copy of the original paperwork or proof of purchase with your return. The items must arrive at the PurelyPrabhupada.com facility in resalable, original condition with original wrapping intact.

Once the shipping label is printed, even if the order has not yet shipped, there is no refund of shipping charges. For this reason, there will be a shipping delay of 24 hours on sets of Srimad-Bhagavatam and Caitanya Caritamrta.
Gift cards, sale items, and international orders are not returnable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that it has been delivered to us. Refunds will be applied per your original method of payment or via corporate check, at our discretion.
